2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Special Select 29
We have always relied on our trade partners to sell portions of wines that we produced more than 500 cases of, which was typically Argentum and the Napa Cab. With the trade all but gone, we decided to bottle the 2007 Napa Cab in a less expensive package, offer it exclusively to our consumer base, and extend a price that makes it a steal! The name originated from the fact that we had 29 barrels of it and the wine was aged for 29 months. However, neither of the vineyards is located on Highway 29.

Tasting Notes
Nose of caramel, gingerbread, clove, and crushed blackberries. The mouth is chewy, compact, with plush tannins and a lingering finish. Still young and benefits from decanting!
