farmed by the former viticulturist of Phelps Vineyards, it produces some
of the most sought after Syrah grapes of the area.

This nose keeps evolving from ripe blackberries to butterscotch
to sweet caramel. Intoxicating! Flavors of vanilla, wheat toast, and hazelnut
are embraced by a heavy and thick glycerin coating and powerful texture.
